Refund Policy

WALKER BILLBOARD REFUND/RETURNS:

We allow returns for 7 days after your order is delivered provided the original card box packaging is intact without opening. Please note that we charge a 10% return fee on all Walker Billboards. The 10% return fee is charged since your Walker Billboard will need to be checked, reshelving, and crated to be ready for sale again. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

DAMAGE OR DEFECTIVE RETURNS:
If the returned item results from the receipt of the damaged or defective product, or from our mistake, we will pay the shipping charges both to have your item sent back to us, and to send you a replacement Walker Billboard.

ALL OTHER ITEMS:
We accept items to be returned within 7 days after your order is delivered. When returning replacement parts you can request an identical replacement item, exchange the product for another, or request a refund. There are no return fees on these items.
